Metalflake is an independently and family owned company and has been importing and distributing automotive refinishing supplies for over 55 years. The company operates from a 15,000 sq ft, climate controlled warehouse in South London and stocks over 6,000 products. The business was set up in 1967 by Dennis Fernie and grew from a small crash repair business into the national distributor it is today. His family remain in the business along with expert and knowledgable staff, many of whom have worked for Metalflake for 25+ years.

Metalflake is not tied to any individual manufacturer which means that we are free to source quality products at the most competitive prices and pass these savings onto our loyal customers.

We also pride ourselves in having one of the most comprehensive technical libraries and can provide technical data sheets for all of our products.

Additionally we specialise in a large range of special effect coatings and are the official UK distributor for the original Metalflake paint system. These products have an almost limitless range of applications such as cars, boats, fairground rides, slot machines; even the roof of a Mosque has been finished using our paints!
